CLATO part 1

Clove PoV
The hot sun was on my face as I brushed my hair on the huge balcony that we had outside our living room area. The capitol people were parading around below us celebrating a new hunger games, to bad Cato wasn't here... Just as that thought went in my head someone tickled me and I yelped ready to hit whoever ambushed me. Cato's sweet eyes met mine though and laughed. "Little Clover a bit ticklish?" He already knew I could probably die of laughter being tickled in the arena.
"Oh shut up, at least I'm not to tall to fit on my bed." I sneered and Cato rolled his eyes, last year the tribute from 2 was smaller than Cato so they needed to bring in a bigger bed unless he wanted his legs hanging over the edge.
"What are all the freaks doing?" He had on his training outfit and his hair was wet and doughty spikey.
"Don't know, parading I think..." my mind wandered as my long fingers raked my dark locks into a high ponytail that I then put into multiple little bulbs of hair cascading down my back and out of my face.
He grasped the handles "Sorry about volunteering... I had to know though. That you would be returning home.'
I bit my bottom lip. I wasn't coming home though, he would, my dying wish. "What if I just randomly die like I just faint from heat and I never wake up?"
"Wont happen... Ill give you all my water and shade you." He chuckled at how irritated I just got and grabbed my hand "Come on we gotta go train, Clove."
I leave my paddle brush on the balcony and jump on Cato so he can give me a piggy back ride. We laugh unroll we make it to the door where Enobaria and Brutus are sitting clucking their tounges and shaking their heads. Cato puts me down and we put our head down "We can escorted ourselfs." He wrapped a strong arm around my small shoulders and walked us to the lush elevator when we were inside we counted together unroll we made it to the training area were we broke apart and acted like mutual friends, not best friends and star crossed lover's that will never make it through.
The only other group of tributes is the ones from 1 & 4, careers. The boy from 1 is taller than Cato but not as muscular. Probably had more to do at home than the academy. The blonde girl perked up at the sight of Cato and smiled flirtatiously. He looked away showing his hostile side. That was the roll he was playing for sponsors a hostile killing machine that was ruthless. My brown eyes found the district 4 tribute boy he was just a baby! 13 at the most... he could not team with us. The girl however looked stronger than me and about as tall as 1's girl but not as pretty.
District 1's male tribute smiled and waved "Hey! I'm Marvel and this is my district partner-"
"Glimmer." She squealed in a ridiculous voice.
Cato chuckled "That's a stupid name." She looked horrified "I'm Cato and that's Clove."
I waved casually and smiled "Hey."
4's girl nodded "Flounder." She pointed a tan finger at the boy that barely reached my elbows "Gray."
Gray looked scared but tried to hide it. District 11's female tribute would probably try to team up with him. All of the kiddies teamed up and died in herds.
"Hopefully your good with a weapon." Cato nodded seriously.
Marvel agreed "So I'm fussing you all know how allies work put with the Careers..."
We all nodded "Yay!" Glimmer clapped "Hopefully I wont have to kill you guys." She started sweating Nd her pupkles went to wake... she was blurring. I bet she cant even use any weapon!
Atalla told us to get on the platform and pay attention. Or day at training had officially begun.
